  • Chương tŕnh SDTV (SEEL Director Training for Vietnamese) là một chương tŕnh kéo dài 3 năm nhằm mục đính huấn luyện các lănh đạo Việt Nam (trong và ngoài Phong Trào Đồng Hành) ở Mỹ và Gia Nă Đại để đảm nhiệm vai tṛ linh hướng cho các khoá Linh Thao trọn tại gia (Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life hoặc gọi vắn tắt là SEEL) tại địa phương ḿnh.  Khoá đầu tiên của chương tŕnh huấn luyện sẽ được tổ chức tại Seattle University từ ngày 20 đến 23 tháng 6 năm 2002 nhằm tạo kiến thức căn bản về cách thức linh hướng và 4 tuần lễ của Linh Thao.  Trong kỳ huấn luyện này có được sự hiện diện của các vị linh hướng đă có kinh nghiệm đến từ địa phương (hoặc những nơi lân cận) nơi các tham dự viên cư ngụ.  Vai tṛ của họ là cố vấn và giúp đỡ (mentor) các tham dự viên trong suốt hành tŕnh huấn luyện nàỵ
  • Tiếp theo sau đợt huấn lhuyện tháng 6 này.  Các tham dự viên sẽ bắt đầu năm thực tập linh hướng (practicum year) tại địa phương ḿnh qua vai tṛ bạn đường cầu nguyện trong các khoá Linh Thao cuối tuần hoặc điều hợp viên cho chương tŕnh Linh Thao Nhẹ Nhàng (hoặc tương tự).  Họ cũng sẽ để ư và tuyển lựa những ai có ḷng ước muốn đi sâu hơn qua Linh Thao trọn tại gia cho năm tới.  Kỳ huấn luyện thứ nh́ sẽ vào tháng 6 năm 2003 để chuẩn bị các tham dự viên làm linh hướng Linh Thao trọn tại gia, sẽ được tổ chức tại địa phương từ mùa thu 2003 đến mùa xuân 2004 với sự yểm trợ của người cố vấn.

  • A three-year process of formation, entitled Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) for the Vietnamese Communities will be offered to Vietnamese leaders from various cities in the United States and Canada who have the desire to bring the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises to other people in their communities. The first workshop at Seattle University from June 20^thto June 23^rd, 2002 will provide a foundational knowledge of spiritual direction and the four weeks of the Exercises. Joining trainees from each city will be an experienced director of the Exercises, who will give on-going support and supervision for the workshop participants in their home cities to assist them in their development. 
  • Following the initial June 2002 workshop, trainees will direct people in some form of the Exercises, such as Lightworks. They will also recruit and prepare people for the complete SEEL retreat during the following year. The second workshop in June 2003 will build on the first workshop and the practicum experience to prepare trainees for the full SEEL, which they will offer in their home community from Fall 2003 through Spring 2004 with their mentor’s support. A capstone workshop in June 2004 will develop these directors further, celebrate their formation, and share their cross-cultural experience of the Exercises with other SEEL groups.
