When I saw your initial blog post about the Sunshine Burger, I was very exctied. I love the recent explosion of interesting fried egg sandwiches at local restaurants. I think that the fried egg BLT is what I'll miss most from Au Fond Farmtable.So I tried the Sunshine Burger last Sunday. I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it. For me, the bun was the most disappointing part. I'd love to try it on perhaps their wheat toast or some other option. But the egg was also a little overcooked for my taste. I'm gonna chalk that up to it being a new menu item and the learning curve. I'm definitely gonna give it another try sometime soon.
