-Things I like to
do is meeting new friends, doing activities, and playing games. Some
activities I did were: Images of God, lily flower, hearts. The things
I don’t like: Getting in trouble. Being last.
- I like Emmaus
because at night the lights in the city are beautiful. I also like
Emmaus because there is a lot of nature. I like Emmaus so much that I
want to live here when I grow up.
- Things I like to
do: Meeting new people. Praying and reflecting with God. Learning how
to play poker. Sleeping in the dorm. Waking up early with James.
Taking 3 min. cold shower and competing with James. Relaxing after
showering. Staying up to watch meteor shower. We woke up early. We
went to the church to pray. I heard piano music when entering the
building. I freaked out, because of the tone the music gave out.
- I like to make
the flower that we did. I like the funny show. I don’t like when it is
hot. I want more games.
- My favorite thing
in Emmaus was making a funny skit and flowers for the concluding mass.
I also like making hearts for our parents. I don’t like that we had
little free time to play with our friends. And more fun activities,
and less songs. What I want to do next year is to do more skits.
- I will never
forget this weekend. The activities were really fun. All the crafts we
made were amazing. The songs that we sang after we practiced the skit
were really fun. I loved the scenery here. I didn’t like the Taize
playing over and over. I needed more free time or more fun games.
- This year Emmaus
was different. The things that I liked about this was that I met new
friends. It was great meeting Eric and Matt. I was also taught many
games. I disliked that this year we didn’t have any outdoor
activities. I want more time to play with my friends.
- Emmaus was a
good experience for me. I like the skits and most of the activities
that we did in our groups. I liked the nice lodges and clean
bathrooms. I don’t like our limited free time and the very long Taize
songs. The only other thing I didn’t like was waiting for the moms’
delicious food I would like to thank all the parents that prepared
this Emmaus and I hope we have a nice one next year.
- What I liked
about this Emmaus was that there were 2 “vùng” together instead of
just 1 “vùng.” I didn’t really like the singing/dancing and the Latin
incantations (from chị Thanh: I think this may be the Taize).
